4-5pm Pacific Time

RSVP Below!!

Join Dr. Giuliana Conti, Music Workshop’s Director of Education and Equity, and Coty Raven Morris, Professor of Choir, Music Education, and Social Justice at Portland State and Music Workshop’s Professional Development Host, in a presentation and discussion on the fundamentals of well-being research and how music listening and engagement are connected to well-being.

We will focus on how students can learn emotional self-regulation through music. Attendees will learn about the PERMA model of well-being from positive psychology and how to apply it in real time to support students socially and emotionally. Music listening activities will be highlighted for any teacher to integrate into their current practices, and attendees are welcome to bring their questions for deeper meaning and understanding of the material.

You will receive a certificate of completion for this one hour webinar. Ask your district about clock hour credits.

A recording will be made available after the session to all those who RSVP or are a member of Music Workshop’s Sounding Board Facebook Group.
